I’m Sonya

Holistic Therapies and I have been working as a Therapist for around 3 years. My background is in supporting clients with addiction but with no job after lack of funding, I was led to follow my love of alternative therapies and train at college In complimentary Therapies. I started with Reiki attunement over 10 years ago and I am now a Reiki Master. I have trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and gained much experience of spiritual practices over the years. I offer treatments in Reflexology with advanced techniques in digestion, fertility and pregnancy, Swedish massage with aromatherapy, Indian head massage, reiki anti aging facial, one to one spiritual coaching sessions and various workshops in empowerment and law of attraction.
